The daylong Climate Action Summit will explore the social, economic and environmental effects of climate change on our region, country and world. Through a highly inclusive and interactive process, participants will have opportunities to develop their own strategies for addressing climate change while learning about the work of experts and discovering new ways to collaborate with others.
Pittsburgh’s first Climate Action Summit will draw on the expertise and experience of national and local leaders in a variety of fields. Climate scientists, government officials and student activists, along with nonprofit, business and labor leaders will give their perspectives on climate change and how we can work together preserve our planet.
